This Hobart SpoolRunner 200 Spool Gun is designed to fit the IronMan 240 welder and is a great choice for aluminum MIG welding. Eliminates problems associated with soft aluminum wire. Ideal for aluminum fab/repair, trailer fab/repair, auto and marine repair, sign manufacturing and other applications. Includes trigger-activated spool gun, 20ft. cable, extra nozzle and 2 contact tips (0.030in. and 0.035in.). Spool gun with 4-inch spool and 20-foot cable assembly. Rated at 200 amps at 60 percent duty cycle. When combined with IronMan 240, this spool gun welds with .030–.035 inch wire on 16-gauge to 1/2-inch thick aluminum.
