Ship to Home

Ship to Home orders are fulfilled from one of our store locations and sent to you via UPS.  Shipping rates are based on the calculated shipping costs of the cart contents - larger and heavier items will have increased rates.  Your order may arrive in separate packages and come from multiple locations, however you will not be charged any additionally shipping if that should occur. View your bucket to estimate the shipping costs based on your bucket contents.

We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier or method, without compromising delivery time. Refunds on shipping will be given only at our discretion. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these conditions.

Order Fulfillment Time

In most cases, orders placed before 12:00 p.m. central time will be processed that day and typically shipped out within three business days. Items ordered after 12:00 p.m. central time will be processed the following day and typically shipped out within three business days. Please note that this is a general guideline and shipping can take longer, depending on the circumstances. Orders will not be processed on holidays and shipping does not occur on weekends.

Back Order

In the event that one of the items on your order is backordered, we will notify you via email of the backorder. If your order consists of more than one item, we will send the items that we have in stock immediately. When the backordered item comes in, we will send it out immediately, along with an email to notify you. You will not be charged twice for shipping. We will cover any additional shipping charges that may occur.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for any item purchased from Runnings.com passes to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier. We are not responsible or liable for any damage arising in shipment. Any damage claims on merchandise damaged during shipping is to be dealt with by the carrier company within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Please call our customer service team if your package is damaged so that we can assist you.

Oversized Items

Oversized items are only available for in-store pick up.  LTL or freight delivery is not currently available.

California Residents

Due to California state requirements, we are unable to ship any items to California.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally, we only ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Any orders that fall outside of these service areas will be cancelled and the customer will be notified by email of the cancellation.

Gift Cards

Runnings Gift Card

Runnings Gift Cards ship free, via US Postal Service and will arrive in a white letter envelope.  Gift Cards can not be ordered for Pick up In-Store, however they are available for in-store purchase from any register. 

Delivery Timing

  • Free shipping by USPS with standard delivery (5-7 business days).
  • Orders placed after 11am CT Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

The risk of loss and title to gift cards passes to you upon our delivery of the card to the carrier. In the event that you do not receive your gift card or you suspect it was stolen, we will render the card void at your request and issue a new one.
