In most cases, orders placed before 12:00 p.m. central time will be processed that day and typically shipped out within three business days. Items ordered after 12:00 p.m. central time will be processed the following day and typically shipped out within three business days. Please note that this is a general guideline and shipping can take longer, depending on the circumstances.
With the purchase of a gift card from Runnings.com, you agree to have them sent via U.S. mail. The risk of loss and title to gift cards passes to you upon our delivery of the card to the carrier. In the event that you do not receive your gift card or you suspect it was stolen, we will render the card void at your request and issue a new one.
In the event that one of the items on your order is backordered, we will send out an email to notify you of the item and the reason for the backorder. If your order consists of more than one item, we will send the items that we have in stock immediately. The packing slip that accompanies these items will also have notation for the backordered item. When the backordered item comes in, we will send it out immediately, along with an email to notify you. You will not be charged twice for shipping. We will cover any additional shipping charges that may occur.
Currently oversized items are only available for in-store pick up. LTL or freight delivery is not currently available.
We do not currently ship internationally. We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Any orders that fall outside of these service areas will be cancelled and the customer will be notified by email of the cancellation.
The risk of loss and title for any item purchased from Runnings.com passes to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier. We are not responsible or liable for any damage arising in shipment. Any damage claims on merchandise damaged during shipping is to be dealt with by the carrier company within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Please call our customer service number if your package is damaged so that we can assist you.
We reserve the right to use a different shipping method than the service and carrier the customer chooses as needed. Refunds on shipping will be given only at our discretion. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these conditions.

Certain items are only available through in-store pickup. These items will be marked as such in the product description. Additionally, due to state regulations, not all items are available in all locations.
If an item is in stock at your pickup location, it will likely be available within 18-24 hours. We will email you as soon as it’s ready.
Items not in stock at your pickup location could take up to 9-11 business days to process and arrive at your local store. Some regional items may take longer.
We will hold your order at the customer service desk. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and an email with your order number in it.
